The company, in the year 2004, entered into an agreement with Kryton International, Inc. whereby the company acquired technology to produce intelligent self-sealing concrete water proofing system and a concrete repair system. The Self sealing system utilizes a crystalline technology that turns pourus concrete into an impermeable barrier replacing conventional water proofing technology membranes.

The companys wholly-owned subsidiaries include Great Hoover Enterprises Limited; BinHai DongHao Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (BinHai); and YanCheng HaoDu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (YanCheng).
