The company provides silicon wafer products, such as high purified graphite for silicon crystal pulling and semiconductor process equipment; and SiC coated products used as parts for single crystal silicon, semiconductor diffusion, heaters for semiconductor, and components for CZ crystal pulling. It also offers various semiconductor materials, including Sic wafer for diffusion, sputter, and dummy wafer for etching; wafer carrier used in light emitting diode and laser diode; carbon and carbon composites used as components for crystal pullers, furnace structure parts, and heaters; glassy carbon for wafer holders, heat reflectors, guide rings, plasma etching electrodes, and crucibles; and silicon cathode electrode for various applications consisting of semiconductor etch process, uniform spray for reactivity gas, and function as a cathode. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Ansung City, South Korea.
