It produces polyvinylchloride materials in the form of sheets and granules, and polyethylene terephthalate films. In addition, Vladimir Chemical Plant manufactures blood-conducting mains using polyvinyl chloride-plastics, as well as flexible polyvinyl chloride; unplasticized polyvinyl chloride materials; and modified polyethylene terephthalate films. The company was founded in 1931 and is based in Vladimir, Russian Federation. As of August 31, 2006, Vladimir Chemical Plant OJSC is a subsidiary of JSC Khimprom.
