Description

CCM carried out in-depth researches on Chinese present aniline production technology and now released a report, Production technology of aniline in China, which points out that all aniline producers in China adopt catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene process.

Catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene adopts mixed acid nitration method, which can be classified into two categories: adiabatic and isothermal nitrification processes. CCM’s report suggested that the majority of domestic manufacturers adopt isothermal nitrification process.

This method requires low technology compared with the adiabatic way. Now, the trend turns to adiabatic nitrification because it breaks through the traditional concept that chemical reaction must be under low and constant temperature. Besides, in this way, the chemical residence time can be shorten, and production efficiency can be enhanced.

As the advanced technology of adiabatic nitrification existing in the world now, Chinese aniline manufacturers will follow the trend to achieve high production efficiency.
