The aim of the research
To develop the investment project of a plant construction specializing in manufacturing fruit-and-vegetable canned food, frozen semi-ready items made of vegetables and juices.
Research objectives
1. To define kinds and production volume of the projected plant.

- Assortment of the produced goods
- Planned volume of production by the groups of produced goods.

2. To define the structure of the cost value by groups of produced goods.
3. To determine the volume and the structure of raw materials purchasing in natural terms and value terms
4. To estimate parameters of the industrial equipment of a projected plant.

Technical characteristics of the equipment, including its production capacities by the groups of the produced goods.

- Maximal production capacities of technological line by each kind of goods.
- Equipment structure and configuration of technological lines by groups of produced goods.
- Structure of the equipment and configuration of technological lines by plant departments.

Cost of imported and domestically produced equipment.

5. To estimate production capacity parameters of the projected plant.

- Area and structure of plant departments, working and subsidiary areas of the projected plant.

Area and complex of buildings and constructions on the plant’s territory.

6. To make a description of a production cycle and to determine technological schemes of production.
7. To determine necessary kinds the engineering equipment and external networks of a plant and their cost.
