LONDON – Market Publishers reminds that “NCT Asia Pacific 2018” comes to Tokyo (Japan) on May 28-30. This year, the 3rd edition of NCT Asia Pacific will be hosted by the CBRNe Society together with the National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology (QST), the Institute for Nuclear, Biological, Chemical and Radiological Defense and the Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST). The Event will begin with a live capability demonstration on the 1st day, and then followed by a two-day conference and exhibition.
NCT Asia Pacific 2018 will gather numerous international civil and military CBRNe stakeholders to discuss the existing threats and challenges of the CBRNe environment, share experience and knowledge. Tokyo is hosting the 2020 Summer Olympics, therefore, one of the key topics on the Agenda of NCT Asia Pacific 2018 is CBRNe emergency preparedness and response approaches for this international sporting event.
NCT Asia Pacific 2018 will be chaired by Dr. Makoto Akashi, Executive Officer of National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology (QST). Keynote speakers of the Event include:
- Dr. Yoshitake Yokokura, President, World Medical Association
- Maj. Gen. Shunji Yoshino, Commander, JGSDF Chemical School
- Brig. Gen. Yoo Bong Heo, Commander, Korean (ROK) CBRN Defense Command
- Dr. Ronald Hann, Director of Chemical/Biological Technologies Department, DTRA, USA
Other speakers comprise representatives from the Tokyo Fire Department, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces in Qatar and many more.
