The Weir Group PLC Appoints New Non-Executive Director According to BAC Report

LONDON – Earlier in February Weir Group PLC chose Charles Berry as its new Non-Executive Director which will become a member of both Remuneration and Audit Committees. He will assume office on 1 March 2013. Mr Berry has been working for Drax Group plc where he obtained his experience as a Non-Executive Director of Nominations and Remuneration Committees. He has also worked for Senior plc and Trust of Scotland PLC as a Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director, respectively, and occupied position of Non-Executive Director at Impax Environmental Markets PLC.
