Zenith Infotech Ltd. Launches New Service According to BAC Company Report

LONDON – Recently Zenith Infotech announced launch of a new service – Technology Affiliates Network which is basically a showcase for publishers promoting their products. Technology service providers, IT vendors, hardware resellers and bloggers on technical topics from USA, Canada and Mexico are target market for this new Network.
Technology Affiliates Network offers various benefits:

This new service is planned to reach a wider global audience in future, pulling profit margins higher.
Zenith financial performance is uneven, and that obstructs any solid forecast. Thus, after a strong September 2011 closing the financial year, first quarter of FY 2012 ended up very unsatisfying: revenue of INR 467.7 M, gross profit of INR 362.5 M, operating income of INR 1.8 M, net income of INR 0.8 M. This quarter has led a weak stark for a new financial year, which is planned to fortify the success of 2011. Last year brought revenue of INR 5.5 B (up 75.4% YoY), gross profit of INR 3.8 B (up 47%), operating income of INR 515.3 M (up >500%), and net income of INR 167.9 M (up 330.5%). The results look impressive against 2010, but if compare to 2009, the picture changes. On a two-year basis revenue and gross profit increase by 145.9% and 85.5% respectively, but operating income and net income decline by 7.6% and 66.2% respectively. Zenith is still to recover from the crisis of 2008.
