FSI International Inc. Increases Single Wafer Surface Preparation Solutions Shipments According to BAC Company Report

LONDON – FSI International reports constantly increasing orders for its ANTARES® Single Wafer Cryokinetic System. Recent years revealed a trend for microelectronics manufacturers to switch from batch to single wafer products. Thus, in FY 2011 FSI got over 50% of all orders for two single wafer products: ANTARES® and ORION®, and their contribution to company’s revenues is expected to grow in 2012.
FSI financial performance has been improving in last quarters. Period ended February 2012 brought revenue of USD 38.5 M, operating income of USD 3.8 M, net income of 3.7 M, and profit margin of 9.6%. Generally these results repeat FY 2011 success and promise a good 2012 for FSI. The year ended August 2011 showed revenue growth by 6.5% to USD 96.9 M, gross profit increase of 6% to USD 40.3 M, operating profit decline by 33.6% to USD 8.3 M, and net income decrease of 36.2% to USD 8.3 M.
