These solutions include products for: Intelligent Document Recognition for paper-to-digital conversion and information extraction (IDR); and Intelligent Classification and Search for enterprise and web content management.

Tigo Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) Solution

The Company's multi-patented Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) software product is part of its suite of Enterprise Content Management solutions. The Company provides users with the ability to process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured forms and perform data extraction. IDR allows: to determine document type, extract data from documents, validate that data against other sets of data, or classify certain data contained in the document.

Tigo Intelligent Search Solution

The Company offers a multi-patented Intelligent Search product called Scientigo as part of the suite of Enterprise Content Management solutions. Scientigo enable users to perform an intelligent search on structured or unstructured data information regardless of location and type, including documents, databases, and applications such as email, or even scanned paper documents.

Convey Systems, Inc. (Convey)

In April 2004, the Company signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Convey Systems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The TAG Group, Inc. The TAG Group, Inc., Convey Systems, Inc. and the Company have executed an agreement whereby the Company is managing the operations of Convey Systems, Inc. The purchase of Convey is expected to be completed in 2006.

The Convey products include Snap Conferencing, an on-line web conferencing, and Tech Umbrella, a remote technical support software product for desktop computers that enables technicians to support remote desktop computers.

This technology offers products and services that allow organizations to provide virtual sales presentations, remote desktop support, distance-learning sessions, spontaneous web conferences, and live customer service and desktop support over the Internet. The Convey technology would also be integrated with the Company’s suite of products to further complete the Company's Enterprise Content Management suite of software products. Convey's proprietary technology provides e-commerce product support and customer service using a live, video-based portal that supports real-time interactions, and the ability to collaborate upon demand, the product includes text chat, digital photo, encrypted VOIP, Data, full-motion two way video and voice share, URL sharing features, as well as collaboration and application-sharing capabilities.

The Convey solutions include:

Snap - Snap Conferencing is designed to be used in a corporate environment as a conferencing solution for multi-user video, voice, and application sharing.

Tech Umbrella, a part of the Convey product line is designed to provide a Web-based package that encompasses technology for streamlining PC support and repair services. Tech Umbrella is offered to the IT marketplace, software and hardware developers, providers, integrators and supporters, as a suite of online tools. The Company has identified approximately 100,000 independent affiliates and an additional 3,000 IT franchises.

Sale of Subsidiaries

The Company sold its ecommerce support centers, inc. and U.S. Convergion, Inc. subsidiaries in August 2005 and May 2004, respectively.

The Company's competitors include ABBYY, Datacap, OCE, SWT, ReadSoft, AnyDoc for Intelligent Document Recognition and, Google, Yahoo, MicroSoft, Autonomy, Convera, FAST Search and Transfer and Verity for Intelligent Search.
