The company manufactures consumer disposables, such as disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpastes, ball point pens, and mosquito coils; markets hardware and automotive accessories, including automotive batteries, aerosol paints, abrasive papers, and water pumps; and imports and installs solar home lightening systems for rural electrification, and agro water pumping systems. It also markets a range of fast moving consumer goods; and engages in the movement of commercial cargo, as well as household effects on a door-to-door basis. In addition, the company manufactures and sells a range of medicated confectionery; flavored sweets under the Candyman brand name; dry cell batteries under the Laxapana brand name; agrochemicals, such as insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and foliar nutrients; and decorative and automotive paints, including emulsions, enamels, weather-coats, acrylics, primers, wood preservatives, and ancillaries under the Robbialac brand name. Further, it manufactures bituminous products comprising road construction materials, waterproofing compounds, and epoxy adhesives; consumer products, such as domestic detergents, household insecticides, and general purpose cleaners; and industrial chemicals for rubber, plastic, textile, leather, ceramic, printing, and paint industries. Additionally, the company engages in the cultivation and processing of tea and rubber; and owns and operates cottages, hotels, and resorts, as well as involves in farming and dairy businesses. E. B. Creasy & Company PLC was founded in 1878 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
