Guatemala

Tambor Project: The company holds a 100% interest in the Tambor Project which consists of seven exploration concessions located in south-central Guatema. The company granted to Kappes, Cassiday & Associates (KCA) the right to earn a 51% interest in the Tambor Project. The project hosts at least 13 gold-bearing mineral occurrences spread over a 14 kilometers by 6 kilometers area. The project covers approximately 6,161.92 hectares.

Holly-Banderas Projects: The company holds a 100% interest in the Holly-Banderas Projects which consists of one exploration concession and applications for seven exploration concessions located in eastern Guatemala. The concessions cover approximately 39,949 hectares.

Nicaragua

In 2009, the company granted to B2Gold Corp. (B2Gold) an option to acquire an interest in the company’s entire Nicaragua mineral property portfolio. B2Gold has been granted an option from the company to acquire a 60% interest in the Trebol, Pavon, and San Pedro properties in Nicaragua.

Trebol Property: The Trebol Property comprises three granted exploration concessions located within the Region Autonoma Atlantico Norte (RAAN) in north-eastern Nicaragua. The concessions cover approximately 57,697 hectares.

Pavon (Natividad) Project: The Pavon gold project is located in central Nicaragua. The property consists of one granted exploration concession covering approximately 1,301 hectares.

San Pedro Property: The San Pedro Property comprises applications for two exploration concessions located in the east-central Nicaragua. The concessions cover approximately 26,131 hectares.

Peru

The company has a 1.5% net smelter return royalty in the Nueva California gold property located in north-central Peru.

Mexico

Tlacolula Property: The Tlacolula Property consists of one granted exploration concession. The 12,000 hectare property is located 14 kilometers east-southeast of the city of Oaxaca. In 2009, the company optioned the Tlacolula Property to Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (Fortuna). Fortuna can earn a 60% interest in the property.

Canada – Yukon Territory

Ten Mile Creek Property: During 2009, the company acquired by staking and under option from a local prospector, a land package at the head waters of several active placer gold producing creeks known as the Ten Mile Creek placer camp in the Yukon. In September 2009, the company granted to Solomon Resources Inc. (Solomon) an option to earn a 50% interest in the Ten Mile Creek Property.

Snowcap Gold Project: Wesgold Minerals Inc. (Wesgold) has an option to earn a 60% interest in the company's 100% owned Snowcap project in central Yukon.

Canada – Yukon Territory / USA - Alaska

Sixty Mile Project: The company has acquired interests in 584 claims in the Sixty Mile area of the Yukon Territory, Canada.
