Properties

The company focuses its exploration activities on properties of the Flin Flon belt in northern Manitoba and Saskatchewan with emphasis on the Hudvam and Wim properties in Manitoba.

Manitoba

The Hudvam property: The company has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Hudvam property. The property is located in Manitoba, approximately 47 kilometers northeast of the town of Flin Flon. The property covers an area of approximately 17 square kilometers.

The Wim property: The Wim property is located in Manitoba, approximately 16 kilometers north of the Town of Snow Lake. The company has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Wim Property (two claim groups covering approximately 12 square kilometers). It also holds a 100% interest in nine claims staked by it to cover the strike extensions of the Wim deposit. This portion of the property covers an additional 19 square kilometer area and is referred to as the Wim Extension property. The property covers approximately 31 square kilometers in two claim groups.

The Snow-H project: The Snow-H project is located in Manitoba, east and north-east of the Town of Snow Lake. The company holds a 100% interest in three claims (560 hectares) covering the Bee Zone project NE of the town of Snow Lake, and another four claims (666 hectares) covering the strike extensions of the Watts River deposit. The Snow-H Project consists of three claims covering the Bee Zone project NE of Snow Lake mining district, and another four claims covering the strike extensions of the Watts River deposit.

Saskatchewan

The Fon property: The Fon property is located in Saskatchewan, approximately 40 kilometers west of the town of Flin Flon. The company can earn 100% interest in the Fon property (24 claims covering 24 square kilometers). It also holds a 100% interest in four claims covering the strike extensions of both the Fon and Abbott Lake deposits. This portion of the property covers an additional 14.4 square kilometers.

The Flin-D Project and Tyr Property: The southeast corner of the Flin-D project is located in Saskatchewan, 16 kilometers to the west-north-west of the town of Flin Flon. The company holds a 100% interest in 10 claims that cover 4,483 hectares.

Quebec

The Barry Gold Property: The Barry property is located approximately 100 kilometers east of the town of Lebel-Sur-Quevillon and 180 kilometers southwest of the town of Chibougamau in the Province of Quebec. The property consists of 250 claims and one mining lease covering 4,011 hectares.

The Windfall Gold Property: The Windfall property is located approximately 100 kilometers east of the town of Lebel-Sur-Quevillon and 180 kilometers southwest of the town of Chibougamau in the Province of Quebec. The property which consists of 213 claims and covers 8,995 hectares, is held jointly by the company and Freewest Resources Canada Inc.

The Nelligan Gold Property: The company owns a 100% interest in the Nelligan gold Property in north-western Quebec. The property consists of 58 mining claims covering 2,880 hectares and located in Nelligan, Benoit, and Lesueur Townships, approximately five kilometers southwest of the town of Desmaraisville and the Bachelor Lake Gold Mine and mill.

The Eagle River Gold-Copper-Zinc Property: The Eagle River property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of the town of Lebel-Sur-Quevillon and 170 kilometers southwest of the town of Chibougamau in the Province of Quebec. The property which consists of 30 claims that cover 1,691 hectares, is held jointly by Murgor and Freewest Resources Canada Inc.

The La Trève Pge-Cu-Ni Property: The La Trève PGE-Cu-Ni Properties consist of 266 claims that cover 6,771 hectares in the Berey, Lantagnac, Guettard, and Daine Townships, approximately 80 kilometers west-north-west of the Chibougamau Mining District in northwestern Quebec. The La Trève I (94 claims) property is owned 100% by the company. The remaining 172 claims, comprising the La Trève
