SEE Oil Output Flat, Consumption Down
The oil sector in Southeast Europe (SEE) in 2010 was dominated by crude oil imports of 20.98 million tonnes, which exceeded more than three times domestically produced oil which amounted to 6.33 million tonnes. Five countries in the region have proven oil stocks, of which only two have considerable reserves - Romania and Albania.
