Properties

As of January 31, 2009, the company had four producing wells.

Northeastern British Columbia – Trutch Project: The company has entered into a participation agreement with Tenaka Drilling Consortium Ltd., whereby it acquired the right to participate in the drilling and completion of a test well on the Trutch area prospect in north-eastern B.C. It has a 17.5% working interest in this well. As of January 31, 2009, the company had drilled five ‘halfway’ development wells on the Trutch property of which three wells were producing.

North-eastern British Columbia – Trutch East: The company has a 17.5% working interest in the Trutch East natural gas lease package (15 square miles). The Trutch East land package is located in the prolific natural gas producing western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in northeastern British Columbia.

Northeastern British Columbia – Prophet River Project: The company owns a 33-1/3% working interest subject to a 2.5% gross overriding royalty and Crown royalty interests in Block A and B lands located in the Prophet River area of northeastern British Columbia.
