Consolidated Oil & Gas, Inc. engages in the exploration and production of oil and gas in the State of Texas. The company's oil and gas production is sold to oil and gas gatherers. Its gas is also sold directly to public utility companies. The company conducts exploration through joint ventures with individual investors and other oil and gas companies.

The company has leased 1,255 acres in South Texas on which 10 drilling locations have been identified. It is in the process of completing the leases of the mineral rights of approximately 1,500 acres in the same area. It has identified another 10 drilling sites on this acreage. The company has completed three wells on these leases.

The company is the managing working interest owner in a project in Dimmitt County, Texas which consists of four leases with nine existing well bores. It owns a working interest of 45% in these wells.

The company has produced the Leta Glascock Well in Zavala County. It is the operating working interest owner with a 70% working interest. The company has existing production in Zavala County on a well that is operating with an experimental down-hole pump.
