Rutherford West is planned as an ‘earth-friendly’ acreage development and each lot includes a deed restricted conservation easement. The company has completed development on a total of 58 lots in Phase 1 and has 33 lots remaining in this Phase. The company owns 538 acres of undeveloped land.

Georgetown Village – Georgetown Village is a mixed use master-planned development in Williamson County, located north of Austin, Texas in Georgetown, Texas. The company owns approximately 151 acres of undeveloped land, as of September 30, 2009. The company has completed development on a total of 120 lots in section 6 and 100 lots in section 9.
