General conclusions:

In Russia last years are characterized with rapid growth of volumes of individual housing construction. So, for 9 months of 2007 year in 78 subjects of the Russian Federa-tion volumes of built accommodation have increased for 28.7% in comparison with a figure of 2006, and worked out 375.9 thousand apartments (a total area 34.0 million sq. m.) in natural value.

In this connection necessity for the organization and supplying of accommodation and commercial real estate with internal engineering systems grows, and also there is an opportunity of under repair out-of-date engineering sys-tems.

For the period of January-October 2007 there was pro-duced 121 thousand tons of tubing and pipelines compo-nents out of thermoplastic in Russia that has worked out 127.1% by the corresponding period of last year.

The figures of import and export tubing and fitting de-liveries have an equally high intensity for all investigated period since 2000 till 2007 years.

The Russian manufacture of tubing and fitting on basis of polymeric materials for internal engineering systems over all period also showed high figures. Only for six years growth rates of their manufacture have increased almost in three times.

By estimations of experts, in many respects it is con-nected with growth of demand for tubing and fitting of rus-sian and import manufacture and impossibility of the mar-ket completely to satisfy the consumers’ demands. Besides demand for all kinds of plastic tubing carries a seasonal nature.

At present time for satisfaction of plastic tubing and fit-ting needs, about hundred small, average and large enter-prises function in Russia, mainly, for the building organi-zations, municipal services and other consumers.
