Sodium bicarbonate market research in the CIS
This report is available both in Russian and English versions.
The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of market of sodium bicarbonate in CIS countries and forecast of its development. The report consists of 6 Sections, contains 79 pages, including 11 Figures, 32 Tables and Appendix. This work is desk study. As information sources, we used data of Rosstat, Inter-State Committee on Statistics of CIS countries, Federal Customs Service of Russia, official domestic railage statistic of JSC RZhD (former Ministry of Railway Transport of Russia), sectoral (industrial) and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as well as data from web-sites of company-producers and consumers of sodium bicarbonate.
The first Section of the report presents data on resources, required for production of sodium bicarbonate, their characteristics. Besides, the Section considers in details technology of production of sodium bicarbonate. In addition, the Section presents data on the main suppliers of resources, flows and volumes of supplies.
The second Section of the report is devoted to description of production of sodium bicarbonate in CIS countries. The Section presents statistical and estimation data on volumes of production of sodium bicarbonate in Russia and Ukraine. In addition, quality data of the products are given.
The third Section of the report presents data on foreign trade in sodium bicarbonate in Russia for 1997-2006 and in Ukraine for 1999-2006.
The fourth Section of the report presents data on levels of prices on sodium bicarbonate at Russian domestic market in 2004-2007 and in Ukraine in 2007, as well as data on dynamics of export-import prices on the product in Russia from 1997 to 2006 and in Ukraine from 1999 to 2006.
The fifth Section of the report analyses consumption of sodium bicarbonate in Russia, including supply-demand balance of the product, sectoral and regional structure of consumption, as well as description of the main consumers and their current standing and prospects of development.
The sixth Section of the report analyses consumption of sodium bicarbonate in Ukraine, including supply-demand balance of the product, as well as description of the main consumers and their current standing.
The seventh Section of the report presents forecast of development of Russian market of sodium bicarbonate up to 2010.
The Appendix presents contact information on enterprises, producing sodium bicarbonate in CIS countries.
