Everlight Chemical Industrial Corporation primarily engages in the production of fine chemicals. It operates through four divisions: Colorants, Specialty Chemicals, Electronic Chemicals, and Pharmaceutical Ingredients. The Colorants division provides dyes and functional dyes. Dyes are used for dyeing natural fibers, synthetic fibers, papers, and leathers. Functional dyes are used for printers and optical storage media. The Specialty Chemicals division provides light stabilizers, ultra violet masterbatch, and textile auxiliary for light fastness. The Electronic Chemicals division provides photoresists and chemical mechanical planarization slurries. Its photoresists are used in integrated circuit fabrication, opto-electronic devices, printed circuit boards, and presensitized printing, whereas chemical mechanical planarization slurries are used in the planarization process of integrated circuits. The Pharmaceutical Ingredients division offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, such as prostaglandins and cardiovascular drugs. The application products for sol-gel dip coating technology include multilayer reflective glass, antireflective glass, antiultraviolet glass, and antiglare rearview mirrors for automobiles. The company markets its products in the United States, Europe, Turkey, Hong Kong, and China. Everlight Chemical Industrial Corporation was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
