Other services include safe deposit boxes, notary public, medallion signature guarantees, consumer online banking, bill payment and e-statements, cash management services through business online banking, VISA travel money cards, wire transfers, direct deposit of payroll and social security checks, and automatic drafts for various accounts. It operates proprietary automated teller machines and offer surcharge free ATMs at Sheetz locations and by participating in the No SUR program, a network of surcharge-free ATMs. It also offers VISA credit and debit card services. In addition, it offers ID Reclaim, an identity theft protection service.

Subsidiaries

The company offers non-deposit investment products and insurance products for sale to the public through Infinex Investments, Inc., in which Buchanan Service Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has a minority ownership interest. Additionally, Buchanan Service Corporation provides insurance services for customers of it and the public through a minority ownership interest in Bankers Insurance, LLC. Its affiliation with the Virginia Bankers Association allows it to participate with a consortium of banks in the Commonwealth of Virginia to offer insurance products. Buchanan Service Corporation has a majority ownership interest in Rockbridge Title Services, LLC and Mountain Valley Title Insurance Agency, LLC, which offer title insurance to its customers and the public.
