Experts of «Information Agency «Credinform North-West» studying comprehensively a situation and economic analyst opinions of various level, have come to a conclusion that appeared crisis processes in Russia only strengthened one of the most existing problems – strain on liquidity. Therefore the given factor has provoked other serious problems: low level of trust between banks and companies; increase of environment and risks influence; freezing by firms their existing projects; revision of perspective investment plans; reduction of personnel, salaries and so on.
Analysts note the following possible risks that can cause the greatest damage for business in Russia: bankruptcies of medium-sized banks; faults with payments and mutual settlements; the further growth of capital cost at 3-5%; activity strengthening of large federal and foreign players; decrease in shares of local companies in the basic markets; state regulation strengthening in economy, including for benefit of separate companies and others.
In Russia in developing crisis processes conditions it is very important for companies management and TOP-managers to include in anti-recessionary plan some measures that associated with increase of firm economic safety. Ones of such measures can be the following: companies detailed check with respect to reliability (legal status, financial figures, market position and etc.) not only own partners, but new clients, and also revelation and estimation of business competitors’ activities that it will allow to decrease uncertainty risks.
Generally, absence of a proper attention at corporate level by TOP managers, especially in today's credibility gap conditions, to questions of economic safety while studying and situation monitoring in the market and its participants, can lead to that the partner or the client will appear (probably forced) unreliable. Probability of non-payment for delivered products, or performed work, or rendered service, account receivable growth and, as consequence, serious financial troubles are increased in such situation.
Certainly, one can independently both keep monitoring a situation in the market, and to study partner’s and client’s affairs state, but practice shows that independent experts can do it faster and more objectively. Outsourcing will allow concentrating on decision of the most important business problems, having transferred secondary non-specialized functions to the foreign organizations that specialize in specific area and possess appropriate experience, knowledge, hardware.
Application of the given business model has one’s benefits. Particularly, these are possibilities: to concentrate one’s resources on the basic business; to attract the best experts of the company for the organization of any processes with maximal efficiency; to cut down expenses for independent problem decision, having received in this case efficiency and high quality of services. Thus, as everywhere, there are important know-how, infrastructure presence (including wide international and/or regional network), resources, volume and range of services in outsourcing.
Thus, possession of actual on-time and objective information about market participants will allow not only, even in crisis conditions, to find new clients and partners, to evaluate their reliability, but to reduce risks in business, and to develop in the conditions of proceeding crisis processes in Russia with the least damage as well.
